Shipping & Delivery Policy

Karlo Factory ships your ordered products to almost every pin code of India. The shipping charges as per the size and weight of the product on actual rate as shown in the bill across India.

Handling Charges

Some products have a disproportionate ‘Selling Price’ and ‘Shipping Weight’ ratio. For those products we may apply an additional ‘Handling Charge’ for the safety of delivery of the product to you.

Estimated delivery time

Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 working days from the date of receipt of orders. Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays and Public Holidays at the source and destination locations. Heavy, bulky, voluminous products or products that cannot be air-shipped due to Govt. regulations are shipped through our surface logistics partners. Such products can take up to 10-15 working days to be delivered.

To ensure timely and safe delivery, we have partnered with the country’s most trusted logistics solution providers like FedEx, DTDC, DOTZOT, GATI, BLUEDART,india post  and their likes. In addition to deliver your ordered products to every nooks and corner of India our logistics partners also include Indian Postal Services.

Billing & Shipping Address: Please ensure that you record your contact details, which include your address, ZIP/PIN Code, mobile no. and email address, accurately on our site while you place an order. This will ensure that we can contact you regarding your order, and also that you receive timely intimation regarding the processing and dispatch. The delivery of the products shall be done only at the address specified by the customer in ‘Shipping Address’ and cannot be changed after the order is placed.

Order Completion

Any order placed by you on this Site is a firm commitment towards purchase; please re-check the product and other details before placing the order. By placing an order for a product you agree to complete the transaction anyway.

Other Charges

In the event that a delivery cannot be affected due to incorrect address provided by the member/customer the order shall be re-shipped by karlo factory only on payment of additional charges by the member/customer.

Karlo factory Liabilities

Karlo factory shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of orders caused due to any reason beyond its control. Delayed shipments accepted by the member/customer shall be deemed as delivered and completed. In any case, the liability of Karlo factory shall be limited to the refund of the order amount and in no case shall Karlo factory be responsible for any damages or incidental expenses.
